As a former Salon Owner myself and having used a plethora of different coaches during that time, I know what salon owners need and what they don’t want.

You don’t want to be spoken to and told that your way is the wrong way, do it my way, no exceptions, it works. Well that may have worked for them, but each and every business is different. You cannot apply a “cookie cutter” technique to every business, it just isn’t a fit!

So I come from a place of empathy. I have had the staffing issues, I have struggled with the cash flow, I have tossed and turned all night struggling to come up with ways to just make it work!

You see, I am a business owner, an entrepreneur, I am not a therapist. I come from a different angle when it comes to solutions to problems. I find the solutions. They might not always be an easy pill to swallow, but they will deliver results.
